Who we are

Lapfly provides motorsport telemetry analysis. For any privacy question, contact support@lapfly.com.

What we collect

Account details you give us (such as your email and name); the telemetry files and derived lap data you upload; and usage and device information collected as you use the service. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and we do not store your card number.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, run your analysis and AI coaching, manage your subscription and billing, communicate with you about your account, and keep the service secure.

Service providers

We share data with providers who help us run Lapfly, and who process it on our behalf: Supabase (authentication), Amazon Web Services (hosting, file storage, and the Bedrock model that generates coaching answers), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics).

AI processing

To answer your questions, the relevant telemetry and your question are sent to a large-language-model provider. Your data is used only to generate your answer and is not used to train third-party models.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics to understand how the service is used and to improve it.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your data. You can ask us to access, export, or delete your data at support@lapfly.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above shows when it last changed.
