Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Lapfly you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Lapfly analyses motorcycle telemetry you upload and provides AI-generated coaching insights. Those insights are informational and are not a substitute for professional coaching or your own judgement. Never rely on them to ride beyond your ability or in unsafe conditions; you ride at your own risk.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

4. Free trial, subscription and billing

Lapfly is a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial that requires a valid payment card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you are charged the then-current price (currently $29 per month for the first year, then $49 per month). Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of the telemetry and content you upload. You grant Lapfly a licence to store and process it to provide the service. Your laps are private by default; you choose what, if anything, to make public on leaderboards.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, scrape or resell it, reverse-engineer it, or upload unlawful content.

7. Availability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lapfly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
