Manfeild Circuit Chris Amon
Feilding, Manawatu, New Zealand
Manfeild: Circuit Chris Amon is located in Feilding, New Zealand. It was built in 1973 by the Manawatu Car Club and extended in 1990 to meet international standards. The venue was renamed in 2016 in honour of Chris Amon, a former New Zealand Formula One driver. The main layout measures 3.030 km, while a longer 4.511 km configuration with three long straights exists but is rarely used. Motorcycle racing normally follows the standard clockwise direction but may run anticlockwise if approved by race stewards. Motorcycles can also use the full circuit, though this is only advised with a protective airfence fitted along the back straight wall.
