Autodromo do Estoril
Estoril, Cascais, Portugal
Autódromo do Estoril was built in 1972 on a plateau near Alcabideche, Portugal. The 4.182km layout features two hairpin turns and noticeable elevation changes. Its parabolica corner was redesigned in 2000 to secure FIM homologation, paving the way for the first Portuguese motorcycle Grand Prix that year, held annually through 2012. The circuit has also hosted the Superbike World Championship (1988, 1993, 2020), FIM Endurance World Championship rounds, the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup, and Sidecar World Championship events. Estoril first held the Formula One Portuguese Grand Prix in 1984.
