The North West 200 is a road race held since 1929 on the 14.436 km "Triangle" street circuit linking Portstewart, Coleraine and Portrush in Northern Ireland. The anti-clockwise course uses public roads with three chicanes and elevation changes from 6 to 75 metres. It has run as a Superbike-headlined event since 1992, with Peter Hickman holding the outright lap record at 124.799 mph (2022) and Tom Herron's 1978 127.63 mph remaining the fastest ever recorded.
