Sebring International Raceway
Sebring, Florida, United States
Sebring International Raceway is a 6.021 km, 17-turn road course built on the former Hendricks Army Airfield, a World War II training base, opening in 1950. The circuit has little elevation change and retains rough, seamed concrete runway sections alongside asphalt paving. It hosted the United States Grand Prix in 1959, the first Formula One race held in the U.S. Turn 17, a wide, high-speed right-hander, is the track's most recognized corner.
